expedited faster please call for special arrangements and

RETURN
POLICY:
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any
item or items received from YOUKOU Bonsai, LLC., e-mail us at
youkoubonsai@youkoubonsai.com within 30 days of receipt and we will inform you
how to arrange for shipment. Do not return any items without
first contacting us.
Items returned must be well packed, and returned to us in the
same condition as received. All returns must include RGA
(Returned Goods Authorization) number.
We do not sell or give our mailing lists to anyone.
Your credit card number is encrypted during transmission to
protect your privacy.
Your encrypted entire credit card number is transmitted to the
appropriate credit card company during order processing.
